A few things, upfront
Is a custom build always the right answer?
No. We start with the work and the tools you already have. A focused integration, a smaller automation, or keeping an existing tool can be the right call. The scope should make the reason for building clear.
What does “one fixed price” include?
The agreed build and the deliverables in its written scope. Hosting, third-party service charges, and optional ongoing support are addressed separately. A scope change needs an agreed change to the plan.
Can the software run on our infrastructure?
We can scope self-hosted or private-cloud deployment around your requirements. The scoping work defines where data may live, who can access it, and what recovery needs to look like.
What happens after the handoff?
You receive the source, deployment access, data export path, and documentation. Ongoing Virobit support is optional. The system should remain operable if you choose another engineer or team.
