Custom business software / Telecom billing and provisioning software
A subscriber is more than an account.
Purpose-built telecom systems for subscriber records, provisioning integrations, billing workflows, and customer self-service. Scope the software around the network you operate.
Start with the way the work happens.
Subscriber, service, and billing states need to agree. A provisioning request should have an observable outcome; a billing adjustment should point to its source record; a customer should see the information they are entitled to see without access to the rest of the operation.
- Subscriber lifecycle and service plans
- Provisioning hooks and explicit service states
- Billing calculations and exception handling
- Customer portals and internal access boundaries
Define the uncomfortable parts first.
We start with the network interfaces, current billing rules, subscriber migration, and operational failure cases. A provisioning integration depends on the capabilities of the systems it connects to. Those dependencies and acceptance checks must be agreed before the build.
- Integration and migration requirements in writing
- Access boundaries for subscriber and network data
- Traceable changes and standard-format exports
- The source, deployment controls, and recovery instructions
A workflow you can try
The product lab uses clearly labelled sample records to show a workflow from the perspective of an owner, operator, engineer, finance team, or support team. Run a normal path, inspect the record behind it, and turn the result into an editable starting brief. The lab is a guided demonstration; it is not a connected customer system.
The first useful scope is specific to your operation. Hosting, third-party services, and any optional ongoing support are discussed separately from the fixed build price.
