We're on a mission to
un-rip-off American industry.
The software running America's utilities, warehouses, telecoms, field service companies, and insurance carriers was built 15–25 years ago. It costs a fortune, requires consultants to operate, and hasn't meaningfully changed. We built Virobit to fix that — one industry at a time.
Born in a water district
in rural Texas
It started with a field visit. Our founder was consulting for a municipal water district in Coleman County, Texas. Six hundred accounts. Small team. Tight budget. They were paying $28,000 a year for billing software built in 2001. Support calls ran $4,000 each — billed whether or not the issue got fixed.
The same story repeated itself across a warehouse in Oklahoma, a rural ISP in Kansas, a field service company in Arizona, an insurance carrier in Tennessee. Everywhere we looked: essential American infrastructure running expensive, aging tools — not because the operators wanted it that way, but because switching felt too risky or too expensive to even try.
We incorporated in Dallas in January 2024. First products shipped in March 2025. By end of 2025, 80+ customers across five verticals had collectively saved over $2.1 million in annual software costs. We're just getting started.
From a $28K invoice
to 120+ customers
Every company has an origin story. Ours starts in rural Texas and ends with American businesses keeping millions of dollars they were handing to vendors every year.
