The software running America's utilities, warehouses, telecoms, field service companies, and insurance carriers was built 15–25 years ago. It costs a fortune, requires consultants to operate, and hasn't meaningfully changed. We built Virobit to fix that — one industry at a time.

the origin

Born in a water district
in rural Texas

It started with a field visit. Our founder was consulting for a municipal water district in Coleman County, Texas. Six hundred accounts. Small team. Tight budget. They were paying $28,000 a year for billing software built in 2001. Support calls ran $4,000 each — billed whether or not the issue got fixed.

The same story repeated itself across a warehouse in Oklahoma, a rural ISP in Kansas, a field service company in Arizona, an insurance carrier in Tennessee. Everywhere we looked: essential American infrastructure running expensive, aging tools — not because the operators wanted it that way, but because switching felt too risky or too expensive to even try.

We incorporated in Dallas in January 2024. First products shipped in March 2025. By end of 2025, 80+ customers across five verticals had collectively saved over $2.1 million in annual software costs. We're just getting started.

From a $28K invoice
to 120+ customers

Every company has an origin story. Ours starts in rural Texas and ends with American businesses keeping millions of dollars they were handing to vendors every year.

August 2023
The Discovery
Field visit to a Texas water district. $28K/yr for billing software built in 2001. $4,000 per support call. The problem became impossible to ignore.
January 2024
Incorporated in Dallas
Virobit LLC founded. Core thesis: rebuild any legacy industry software at 10% of the cost, with no lock-in and a 5-day go-live. No one believed us at first.
March 2025
First products ship
Utility Management and Warehouse OS launch. First paying customers go live in under 5 days. The model works exactly as designed. People start believing us.
December 2025
80+ customers, $2.1M saved
Five product verticals. Customers across utilities, warehousing, telecom, field services, and insurance. Collectively saving $2.1M/yr vs. their old software.
2026 — Right now
120+ customers and growing
Expanding team. Expanding coverage. More industries on the roadmap. The mission stays the same: give every American business access to modern software at prices that don't require a board vote to approve.
our principles

What we actually believe in

Not buzzwords on a wall. Actual decisions we've made that cost us something.

01
no-lock-in
Month to month. Always.
No annual contracts required. No multi-year lock-ins. If we stop being worth it, you cancel tomorrow. We keep customers by being genuinely good at this — not by making it painful to leave.
02
speed
5 days, not 18 months.
Legacy vendors use implementation timelines as leverage. We treat go-live speed as a product requirement. Every hour your team spends mid-transition is an hour we failed you. We've done this in under a week, consistently.
03
parity
100% feature match.
We don't sell you a new way to work. We rebuild the exact workflows you already have — screen by screen, process by process — on modern infrastructure. Your team barely notices the switch. Your invoice is 91% smaller.
04
inside-out
We've worked these jobs.
Every product lead on our team has real experience in the vertical they build for. We know what utility billing looks like at 2am during a billing run. We're not guessing at your workflows — we've lived them.

People who've actually
worked in these industries

We're not a generic SaaS shop. Every product lead has hands-on experience in the vertical they build for.
