Warehouse OS

Warehouse management
without the price tag

Enterprise WMS vendors charge $50,000+ per year. We scope and build a lean warehouse system — real-time inventory, optimized pick paths, shipping integrations — that you own outright, with no per-seat fees ever.

Hand it over.

No months of consultants and no subscription treadmill — one scoped build with a fixed quote, tested against your real data.

A free call where we map your accounts, workflows, and integrations, then put a fixed price in writing. No surprises later.

step-02.sh

02 · Build

We build against your real data and run parallel test cycles next to your current system until the numbers match.

step-03.sh

03 · Hand-off

Source code, documentation, and your data — delivered and owned by you. Optional flat-fee hosting if you want us to run it.

pricing

One scoped build.
You own it.

No subscription tiers — this isn't rented SaaS. We scope your rebuild, quote a fixed price, and hand over the source when it ships.

scoped-rebuild.plan
// how it's priced

Every operation is different, so every build is scoped individually — sized to your accounts, workflows, and integrations. The homepage calculator models the 5-year math against staying on legacy software.

  • Free scoping call & written fixed-price quote
  • You own the source code and your data
  • $0 required recurring fees after hand-off
  • Optional flat-fee hosting if you'd rather we run it
  • Documentation written for your system, not boilerplate

faq

Common questions about
Warehouse OS

Can Virobit replace our current WMS without downtime?+
Yes. We run parallel inventory counts during transition to ensure accuracy before cutover, and the go-live window is planned as an overnight switch. Cutover only happens once the new system's numbers match your old one — that's the whole point of the parallel run.
Does it work with existing barcode scanners?+
The scanning interface is browser-based, so any modern smartphone or tablet works as a scanner — no app install required. Zebra and Honeywell industrial scanners are supported the same way. No proprietary hardware required.
How does it integrate with our e-commerce platform or ERP?+
Integrations are scoped into your build. Connectors for Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and eBay are standard scope; for ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks we build against a documented REST API. EDI support for 3PL and retail customers is available as a scoped add-on.
Can we manage multiple warehouse locations?+
Multi-site support is part of the scoped build if you need it. Each location gets its own inventory, pick configurations, and labor metrics, while management gets a unified view across all sites. Inventory transfers between locations are tracked with full audit trails.
