30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new Virobit subscriptions — monthly and annual — are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days of the initial purchase date. This applies to every plan across all five product verticals.
To request a refund under this guarantee:
- Email billing@virobit.com within 30 days of your initial charge
- Include your account email and the reason you'd like to cancel (optional but appreciated)
- We'll confirm your refund within 1 business day
- Funds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
No forms to fill out. No approval committee. No arguing. You're done when we confirm it.
Renewals and Subsequent Charges
The 30-day guarantee applies only to the first payment on a new subscription. Renewal charges — whether monthly or annual — are non-refundable, except in the cases outlined in Section 4 below.
You can cancel at any time before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you retain full access through that date.
We send renewal reminder emails 7 days before any annual subscription renews. Monthly subscriptions do not receive reminders, but your billing date is always visible in your account dashboard.
Annual Plans
Annual plans are billed upfront and receive a discount compared to monthly billing. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the full upfront amount paid.
After the 30-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. However, if you cancel mid-year, you retain access to the platform through the end of your paid period — we do not pro-rate partial refunds for early cancellation of annual plans.
We recommend starting with a monthly plan if you're unsure about the annual commitment. You can upgrade to annual at any time.
Exceptions and Goodwill Refunds
Outside the 30-day guarantee window, we consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- Extended outage: If Virobit experiences downtime that breaches our SLA and you have not already received a service credit for the affected period
- Billing error: If you were charged incorrectly — wrong amount, duplicate charge, or charge after cancellation
- Platform failure: If a core feature of your plan stops working and we cannot resolve it within 14 days of a reported support ticket
We evaluate goodwill refund requests case-by-case. Email billing@virobit.com with your account details and a brief explanation.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstance:
- One-time data migration fees (if purchased separately)
- Professional services hours (custom integrations, training sessions)
- Add-on purchases made after the initial subscription
- Charges on accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Most disputes can be resolved quickly by emailing billing@virobit.com.
Accounts with disputed chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks — where a refund was issued or the charge was legitimate — may result in permanent account termination and may be referred to collections.
